Think about all the sounds you make and all the sounds you hear throughout the day. Sounds can make us laugh, calm our minds, make us angry, or make us dance. It's all about being intentional. Surround yourself with soothing music during your work day or make yourself giggle by screaming "bubbles." It's up to you Warriors.
